Ø  Kathleen “Kay” M. Bogolin is President and Chief Profitability Advocate of Financial Legacy Builders.  She helps small to mid-sized businesses create a blueprint to profitability.  Together, we use management’s experience, passion, and drive to create their vision of a legacy for the future. 


Ø  Kay has extensive experience with major financial services, technology, and consulting firms as well as a major banking industry association.  Corporate clients is very diverse; ranging from small, privately-held firms to multinational companies.  In the banking industry association, technology, and consulting, she worked with banks and finance companies throughout the U.S. and Argentina.  


Ø  Prior to moving to Florida, she provided estate and financial planning products and services for individuals and businesses - including insurance and investment products. 


Ø  Throughout her career, Kay has utilized relationship development, financial analysis, and 
problem solving skills to make a difference for individual clients, businesses, and nonprofit organizations.


Ø  Skilled in comprehensive assessment, financial analysis, and the creation and implementation of solutions to achieve short and long-term goals.  She is also experienced in helping businesses create and sustain a competitive advantage through the implementation of innovative and cost effective products, services and technology.    


Ø  She has served as an active member of the community through involvement in local 
chambers of commerce and previously served as President of the Barrington (IL) Area Professional Women. She is also a member of the International Association of Women (IAW), President of the IAW Ocala Chapter, and an active member in the IAW Orlando and Tampa Chapters.


Ø  She is a passionate investor of time and resources in nonprofits including the American 
Cancer Society (ACS) and Northwestern University’s Kellogg Executive Women’s Network.  
She has served as member of the ACS Illinois Leadership Circle; Former Co-Chair for Silent Auction Committee and Team Captain for “Believers in Better Birthdays” for the Barrington Relay for Life.  She is a member of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and past Board Member of the AAUW Barrington Branch.


 Kay successfully passed the CPA in IL and a graduated with a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Finance from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
